Community Tasting Notes 2

November 17, 2017 - Lots on the nose - a little wild ferment funkiness, some gamey/meaty notes, peppery spice, rose petal, apple cider, soft red berry compote an muted Indian spice. In the mouth it's spicy, warm and with red berries and those Indian spices more to the fore. Slightly sour acidity and fine tannins. Rather pleasant and quaffable. with time it reveals more red fruits - especially rhubarb and raspberry

September 9, 2017 - Very Good blend of Grenache, Tempranillo, Mourvèdre and a dash of Cinsault

    Clear, pale, ruby.
Youthful, medium (+) nose of strawberries and cream.
Dry, medium acid, low tannin, medium alcohol (13%), medium body, medium (+) flavour intensity of strawberries, blueberries, cream, white pepper. Medium (+) length.

Very good. Halliday suggests a lack of ripeness, I disagree.

    Screwcap.
