Community Tasting Notes 4

March 6, 2023 - 1,5 hours in decanter. Refined, high minerality withe fruits and acids, opulent at the end. Incredible balanced, with positive tension from the nose to the aftertaste.

December 20, 2022 - Burgundies at Chiu Tang: A little reductive at first, very ripe citrus and pear fruit with high acidity and precision. Some slight sweetness and was less screechy than I expected Ente to be. Definitely punched above its village classification, liked this more than the previous taster.

December 20, 2022 - Slightly reductive with lemon peel, rocks, white florals and minerals. Palate is a bit lean.
