October 5, 2017 - Got a nice bit of minerality for a rose - the minerality is probably always there, but I tend to focus on how dry, tart, and fruity roses are. Good with food - sharp enough that it cuts through a bit of fat - it went particularly well with the cabbage sautéed in olive oil that we had with our chicken. One strange thing - it seemed a bit more flavorful cold than after it warmed up, and even though I find a good chilled rose to be very refreshing, sometimes the cold obscures the flavors in a white or pink wine. Not the case with this one. Would have again.

July 30, 2017 - Appearance - this is blush. A light salmon color. Clear. It looks pretty.

nose - medium intensity. Ripe fruit. Fruit salad vs just one flavor. Mandarin orange, ripe honeydew, ripe pear. You smell ripe fruit that is dripping with juice. Some alcohol burn on eyes. Smells clean.

Palate - wow. Same as nose but more powerful. white pepper on finish. Acidity is medium, minerality, wet and juicy. It's a wine that will quench a thirst.

My favorite rosés tend to be cinsault based, so I love this one. It feels like summer.

Just paired it with a pan roasted veal chop and it worked. The acidity cut the fat.

    Would buy again.

    June 25, 2017 - 60% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, 20% Grenache
    Very pale salmon pink.

The nose took me by surprise. Explosion of summer fruits, particularly guava, jackfruit, semi ripe mango.

The mouthfeel is not a let down either. Med to med light bodied, med plus acidity, dry. Classy fruit profile. Orange zest, pomegranate, strawberry, salak. Mineral undertone. Refreshing finish.

This is probably the best rose I've ever had. Exciting introduction, sophisticated palate, and memorable finish. 90.

May 17, 2017 - Pale pink in the glass. Fresh lemon and strawberry nose. Very pleasing melon, strawberry, tangy red currant and tangerine. Good finish. Lovely rose, better than most.
