August 22, 2020 - Decided to use this young Pinot for cooking and serve the balance with our meal. Having been opened earlier in the evening, it really blossomed from the extra exposure. We drank this vintage about a month ago and the nose, mouthfeel etc was much tighter. Really enjoyed the extra texture and character that developed. Wish I had more!
