April 26, 2018 - Popped and poured. Very tight yet showing its class. A very hard spine of green apple with reflections of lemon, tarragon, and brine. In three years this will begin to open and show more brioche aromas and really come into its own. I'm excited to lay down a few of these. As of right now it's kind of infanticide.
