  October 21, 2022 - A pretty, semi-opaque magenta in the glass - right up to the rim. Very expressive on the nose, offering subtle aromas of earth, crushed, dark berries and violets. Full-bodied and silky in texture. Lots of tangy plum, blackberry and dark currant fruit character here, with complex hints of tobacco and earth. Very well-balanced, with a moderate acidity and just a touch of oak. Shows nice depth on the mid-palate and a long, caressing finish. Textbook Haut-Medoc from an excellent vintage. At around $18, the QPR here is fabulous. 90+++

  March 4, 2022 - Fantastic left bank Bordeaux with well integrated fruit of dark plum and black current, underbrush, tobacco with silky smooth tannins with balanced acidity.
