Merlot Cab. Sauvignon, weniger Tannin, ausgewogen dunkle Früchte, etwas Lakritz

February 24, 2023 - Cherry and raspberry make up the main fruit profile on the nose and palate, eventually shows some fig and cocoa powder as well, the tannin is fine and drying in the mouth, seductive and easy, balanced, medium to full bodied, delicious with or without food, classy, still pretty youthful

December 28, 2021 - A simple, quaffable wine with some sweet blue and black fruits and a hint of dark olive and coconut on the nose. This was medium-bodied with a shortish finish and not much complexity. Nothing really wrong with the wine, just a bit uninspiring particularly in the context of a strong vintage.

July 18, 2020 - Bright garnet red. Intense and fruit driven nose. Purple fruit, blackberry, cassis, graphite and cedar. Quite flamboyant. Sweet red fruit on the palate. Very approachable now, but there is a decent balance and still firm, gritty tannins to provide structure - so I expect this to evolve nicely over at least 5 years.

September 21, 2019 - Medium bodied, soft, round, fresh with a forward cherry note, along with a touch of tapenade, the wine is already easy to drink.
