August 17, 2019 - Kalkiga mineraler och sötad honungsmelon utgör inledningen. Vinet övergår sedan i en lätt grapefrukt-beska, vilken också binds samman med lätt ”funky” (i positiv bemärkelse) och rökta inslag och aska. Inledningens sötma balanseras ut och avslutas i en beskt torr avslutning med vissa klibbiga inslag från inledningens sötma.
Om jag får vara petig hade jag gärna dämpat den initiala sötman, men även som det är rör det sig om ett snyggt vin. -

March 30, 2017 - Rather dark color. Could it be the sample? Matchstick aromas. On the palate it comes across a bit heavy. A ponderous white. No thanks.
