September 21, 2023 - Seems like this bottle had secondary fermentation given the bubbles on opening and the fizzybtaste even after 2 days opened in the fridge. Interesting but too yeasty. Not impressed.

May 11, 2017 - Chenin blanc biodinamico vinificato in anfora. Naso di notevole profondità che combina un carattere floreale con aromi terziari ed note vegetali e balsamiche, con una dolcezza fruttata di mele, albicocche e miele di acacia. Al palato mediamente strutturato con appena un accenno di dolcezza, e un finale piuttosto lungo.
