October 7, 2021 - Starting to come around for a Bourgogne. Much better on the second day. Great value for under $20.

November 18, 2019 - First experience with this producer and pleasantly surprised. Definitely on the classical/earthy side of the spectrum. A faint note of bandaid (Brett?) upon opening that quickly blew off. Nice red-fruited nose and palate. Good acidity and fruit. Still kicking on day 3. Great QPR.

November 9, 2019 - Smells like Burgundy. Nice sappy red fruits with fairly full tannins. Better now than previous bottles. Excellent QPR!

June 24, 2019 - Tasted after an hour of being open. Tasty. Tart red fruits. Some cranberry. Not that complex, but nice entry level burg. Definitely getting better with air.

April 25, 2019 - 2+ hour decant (mag decanter). Nose: Interesting soil notes with some minerals, faint cherry and cranberries. Palate: Good acidity and tannins that really need a 2 hour or more decant. Faint cherries and cranberry underneath the mineral inflected front palate. For a cheapie at $22 from EFW this is a nice QPR play. I can understand why some score this lower than me but give it tons of air and you will be rewarded.

April 2, 2018 - Needs a decant. About an hour in, it tastes much better with sappy red fruits.

Frescura.

Suave, buena acidez, paso delicado, facil y placentero de beber. Acompañando menú del día en Viavelez.

August 14, 2017 - Very light colour, pale crimson; light but fragrant nose of ripe cherries, cranberries, and hints of earth and spice, good depth; supple and juicy attack, fresh and inviting palate, light to medium body (12.5% ABV), gentle cranberry bitters; floral finish (violets), good resonance and length. In its uncomplicated way, this is exactly what Burgundy is all about. Drink now - 2020.
