October 19, 2018 - Very rich. Almost syrupy.
September 7, 2018 - Good even pinot.
June 16, 2018 - 90+ good day 1 but it needed some air and was much better day 2 with the fruit showing nicely.
January 21, 2018 - No formal notes, but excellent QPR
December 16, 2017 - Forest floor and black tea on the nose. Round, full mouth feel, with more acidity than the 2014 clones. Flavor continues on the tongue, with the addition of dark cherry. Long finish. This wine is still a bit young and should improve with another year in the bottle.
October 1, 2017 - A dark ruby but still see through. Alluringly perfumed, with black cherry, forest floor, and black tea. The sip is deliciously fruity with a mouth coating texture, juicy acidity, fine integration, and near endless finish after the swallow. Everything about the wine got better after being opened, including color, smell, texture, richness, and finish. Overall, the best Russian River Pinot Noir from Jane's Vineyard I have ever had, since Davis Bynum lost its lease on a Russian River vineyard that previously contributed to their great 1997 and 2007 vintages.
June 20, 2017 - Nice easy drinking Pinot. Good concentration with the sweetness not going over the top. Great $20 pop and pour.
June 12, 2017 - Big dark cherries, touch of raspberries, forest floor/mushroom, touch of black pepper on the finish.
