November 7, 2017 - Fresh apple cider on the nose. 100% Anderson Valley Chardonnay. Fun and funky stuff.

June 27, 2017 - Overly sweet, like a non-alcoholic sparkling cider. Given the price point ($28 retail, $63 in the restaurant where I had it), I'd just as soon order a bottle of prosecco or cava. It did not pair well with the tuna crudo I had and I don't imagine it would pair well with most raw shellfish either. Despite the hype surrounding pet nat, it will be a long time before I try another given this first experience.

May 28, 2017 - somewhat nondescript nose, light/faint bubbles, creamy rich texture, nice sweetness and citrus flavors. Enjoyable though wished for some more complexity/depth. Nice starter for a bbq. 89 pts
