April 23, 2024 - Crimson color and an overtly earthy and sauvage nose. Palate is also dark with earth and dark red fruit, fair amount of structure and tannin here. Seems to be in an awkward spot so will let the others have a good long rest.

November 27, 2023 - Drank over a few days and really enjoyed it. Cork almost fully soaked (which I thought was strange for a '15). No sediment. Some glasses were PNP and some got a 30min-1hr of air. Main thought: Fruit, Fruit, lovely Red Fruit! Just so easy to drink. Tannins fine and integrated. This is hitting on all cylinders for me. Just so easy to drink and great QPR. Opening up wine-searcher to buy a lot more of this in 3...2....1.... Brad - heavypourwine.com

November 11, 2022 - Good aromatics. Nicely balanced on the palate (fruit, acidity). On the spectrum of sweet to rustic, this hits about in the middle. I'm tempted to say it could be better in a couple of years when a little bit more acidity blows off, but not quite sure where the fruit will be by then. Very pleasant now one way or the other.

September 28, 2022 - This was fine, but blind I would have guessed Beaujolais. Now I love Beaujolais but I opened this because I wanted Burgundy, not Beaujolais. Pretty dense and fruity, not a lot of elegance. It's tasty; just don't expect Volnay.

July 9, 2022 - A bit discombobulated but still so good. I think this needs 3 more years.
