December 22, 2023 - Dark garnet in the glass with some forest floor on the nose and mocha and dark fruits on the palette with a medium finish and good but balanced acidity. Went well with NY strip steak dinner and sipping afterwards.

March 17, 2023 - Still powerful and needed time to open up after opening. About an hour later it smoothed out and drank wonderfully.

September 18, 2022 - Ink stamp for a cork. Nose is bursting from the bottle and out of the glass. Black fruit. Acidity on the mouth. Sets up nicely, for a lovely Sunday night.
