June 4, 2018 - The wine has medium acidity. It smells like strawberry and cherry. The wine finishes short. It tastes like strawberry and raspberry. The wine looks rosy colored. The legs are medium. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. The wine has smooth texture.

August 31, 2017 - A lot of soft cherry and strawberry fruit, lacking in acid and a bit heavy with the 14.5% abv.

August 29, 2017 - Very ripe, dark watermelon color. Excellent strawberries in the nose. This has real presence in the mouth. even a bit of steel to go with the juicy red fruit. 4-13-15-8: 90/100.

August 27, 2017 - Bright medium rose in color. Full, fragrant & aromatic nose of ripe fruit aromas of fresh strawberries, cherries & watermelon with overtones of floral notes, spices & some minerals. Light bodied with a very good concentration of balanced & smooth textured, crisp, ripe fruit flavors of strawberries, cherries & raspberries with spices & minerals. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & has some limited potential for additional development with another year. A nice & pleasing Tavel Rose.

July 2, 2017 - This rose is on the dense, sweet side, with less minerality than I expected and a very cherry/raspberry palate.
