November 28, 2023 - This is such a great example of what Oregon Riesling can be. Beautiful lychee, mangosteen, and white peach aromas. Tastes like starbursts with marzipan underneath. Slightly pettilant, maybe, or maybe it’s just the prickle of a laser-like acidity balancing the residual sugar beautifully. So reminiscent of a Mosel Kabinett it’s modeled on. This could age beautifully for many more years.

July 13, 2020 - Nose of lime, peach and petrol. Tastes of lime, peach, green apple and petrol. Somewhat sweet but with bracing acidity. Nice match with sweet Thai chili marinated grilled shrimp. Thoroughly enjoyable!

October 10, 2018 - Fifth wine of the pairing at Beast in Toronto. Went with a blue cheese and pear tort. Appreciated how the higher acidity here seemed to cut the cheese a bit and just the hint of sweetness to the wine seemed to work with the more savory dish. Again an enjoyable combination.
