August 31, 2023 - very good bottle 30 min decant medium finish and pleasant to drink.

July 30, 2023 - This was a transition vintage for Blankiet which is not easy and this is clearly well made, but it just was not that memorable or complex. It veers more toward savory as many of Blankiet wines do, but a few notes on the lack of distinguished tannins n this wine are very applicable. I would drink this soon, it’s well made and a finesse type wine, but it just does not seem to offer much more.

March 8, 2022 - Return to Napa; 3/6/2022-3/13/2022 (Wineries and various restaurants): Interesting to try on the heels of the '06. There is more elegance here. Black currant. Drinking reasonable well if still quite young. We're a bit partial to this year since wedding year wine and was nice to get a chance to try (esp given how difficult the vintage was from yields).

September 25, 2021 - A bit disjointed for me. It’s very modern, oaky, and a bit extracted. Too much vanilla and quite a harsh finish. The Mythicus bottling is always so good so this is a disappointment.
