September 14, 2020 - One of the better barolos I've encountered. Nice brick tones in the glass, big floral/berry bouquet, then some fruit, some earthiness and maybe some baking spices in the glass. Acidity is just at the right level and nice finish. My drinking window says 2023-2043 so I'll wait a while to try the next one (but not until 2043...).

August 26, 2017 - A fine wine. The nose is better than the flavor profiles. All Castellero producers are traditionally minded, so the wines are elegant and nuanced. Air and bottle age will prove to benefit the wines.
