September 4, 2021 - Unfortunately, not fully consistent with my previous note on this wine (3 months ago). This one slightly flawed with a cork bitterness in the background. Still drinkable and if I did not know the wines of Thomas Morey as well as I do, probably I would not have noticed.

May 29, 2021 - Elderflower and green apple in the nose. On the palate more apple, green peach, notes of apricot and lemongrass. An outspoken minerality that turns into pure limestone toward the end. The fruit is not rich, but wonderful precise and in perfect balance with the minerality. I just so much love the vibrant style of Thomas Morey´s wines when enjoyed fairly young. 93-94P

September 17, 2020 - Very nice and drinkable white burgundy. In style closer to puligny then chassagne.

May 1, 2020 - Perfect balance between richness and restraint.
Almost colourless. Green tinged pale yellow.
Complex florals on the nose, hints of almond blossom, lemongrass, green pepper, minerals.
Oily textured palate, subtle complex mix of spices, peach, citrus, minerals, saline. Delicious.

January 18, 2019 - Pale, green tinged, somewhat reticent, subtle peach, spice, but predominantly mineral on opening.
48 hours later the nose alive with lime blossom and spice, peach, spice, orange blossom on the pale. Youthful and refined with great cut.
