December 9, 2022 - Pop and pour this was very shallow and disappointing. As the wine came closer to room temp after 75+ mins there's fragrant blueberry and lavender on the nose. While short on tannins there's more than I found in LY's bottle and enough to provide interest and polish that gives a soft, lingering 15+ sec finish. Not sure this merits the $125 retail but the most enjoyable bottle I've had of this vintage

May 27, 2022 - Lush and rich, with a smooth texture and flavors of dark berry, mocha and plum. Exemplifies the Napa style in this price range

September 6, 2021 - Two hour decant, nose is vibrant dark fruit. Wine is disappointingly short on depth, especially since I opened this after coming across a bottle I had Coravan’d sometime ago that was flat.
Red cherries, ripe blackberry, dark plums but there’s virtually no tannins or structure here.Hoping this is an off bottle as I still have one of these, which I’ll pop within 6 to 9 months. Very disappointing at this price point.
Update: another two hours after these notes were posted and my POV is unchanged. -
