  November 24, 2022 - 2022: Top Ten Wines; 1/1/2022-12/31/2023 (Redwood City, CA): Thanksgiving dinner wine. Seductive, smooth and rich, held up well with dinner. Aromas of blackberry, strawberry, leather, forest floor and a hint of oak. Tart red fruit on the palate, plush tannins and a lingering fiinish.

  November 8, 2022 - One of my favorite JP Pinot's, this one needed some time to open up, but when it did, it was jammy with hints of blackberry.
  The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like forest floor and black pepper. It tastes like blackberry. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

  November 22, 2020 - Had with grilled salmon. Really opened up after an hour. Soft and earthy red fruit on the nose snd palate. Smooth all the way into the finish. Enough acidity to keep it light on the tongue. Solid all across.
