April 14, 2024 - I really enjoyed, a little more of an edge than their cab, but pleasantly different. Guess that's what they say about variety. Worked very well with a spicy marinade ribeye.

February 17, 2024 - This was definitely still vibrant with dark cherry and plum aromas complimenting chocolate and tobacco savory notes. Tannins are angular and bold offering structure which will continue softening with time and improve the over the next couple years. Aromatics are persistent in this one!

January 20, 2024 - This was a surprise! The nose was dark fruit but a lot of vanilla and chocolate/tobacco notes. Flavors followed with dark fruit overshadowed by the vanilla and tobacco and the tannins were very expressive giving the finish dry and long.

September 3, 2023 - Decanted for 60 minutes. Drinking beautifully right now. Dark fruit with smooth tannins and a long finish. Paired perfectly with a pan-seared wagyu strip steak.
