May 20, 2022 - I waited too long. The fruit had completely faded, the alcohol was left. Undrinkable. The bottle was stored at an offsite wine storage facility. The cork looked good. I have to conclude that Martinelli Zins should be consumed within 5 years.
April 1, 2022 - Opened this when we ran out of Jackass, it was an excellent follow-up... not up to the Jackass, but a terrific and powerful Zin. Martinelli sure knows how to get the most out of that grape. What a bargain.

July 14, 2018 - Lovely. Consumed over 4 hours. Smooth with dark berry flavors. Soft, supple tannins. Just the right amount of acidity. Mouth watering finish. Not the most sophisticated Zin this year but very enjoyable and easy to drink. Ripe and full of raisins. A "crowd pleaser" in such a good way! A solid 93-94 when served at the right time for the right folks. Thumbs up!
May 20, 2018 - The same experience as with a bottle I opened last December......very good. This is a good value, even at the price point.
December 18, 2017 - My primary comment is.....WOW. This is a really good one. Ready to drink right now. Complex/deep/dark/fruity. The reviewers say this one will last a long time......mine will be long gone by their back end drink year.
