December 28, 2023 - Turkey night with friends: My last bottle, and the best one. Pop and pour, drank a good-sized glass over 2 hours. The minerality is shining through now, with flint and wet rocks. Pleasant soft cherry and good acid. This drank very well.

September 7, 2023 - Last of 3 and in a great place with a couple hours slow ox. This evolves very positively in my Burg glass too. An overachiever with air in a Burg glass. 91+ Paid $20 on release drinks like $50+.

February 7, 2023 - Black fruit, ripe and big for its level, still slightly brooding. Good now, more likely even better in another year or two.

October 28, 2022 - A wine comprised of disconnected parts. An alcohol heavy nose, a jumble of fruit, wood and harsh metal on the finish. It's hard to imagine a work of art emerging from these raw materials.

This is the first of three bottles purchased at Flatiron. I'll slip in one of the remaining bottles as the second or third bottle during a night of many and see if anyone notices. I'll tuck away the last bottle, forget about it and hope that I am pleasantly surprised in five years' time.

September 19, 2022 - There wasn't any brett this time, but plenty of funk and anise. It still remained balanced and a very nice simple red burg.

October 14, 2021 - Stadig på vei opp, men har blitt betydelig bedre siden siste jeg smakte en slik for 10mnd siden. Drikkes med glede i dag, men tror fortsatt det er en liten oppside igjen så det har ingen hast. Veldig god value!

March 1, 2021 - Pop and pour, not nearly as good as the previous bottle drank 3 months ago. This wine seemed rustic, with a fair amount of anise and a little barnyard. I wonder if it had a touch of brett.
