June 6, 2021 - Concentrated fruit here. Stewed red fruit - strawberries, dark cherries. Olive tapernade, black licorice, meat, and Mediterranean scrub. Supple, soft tannins. Medium acid. Oak is pretty subtle. Drink now, will not benefit from further aging. Great pairing with malloreddus alla campidanese.

January 27, 2021 - Garnet color. Cherry, red berry, some strawberry, herbs, earthy and woodsy that shows it's Mediterranean character. Tannins are fairly resolved, but still firm enough to frame the fruit. Hides it's 14.5% alcohol well. Medium acid. Drinking really well right now and I wouldn't hold it much longer, but a screaming deal at $14 for a wine with some bottle age. I'd buy more, but I'd drink it over the next year or so. If that Mediterranean stewed fruit/ripeness isn't your thing, you're likely 87-89, but I love that, so it's a solid 90 for me.

December 22, 2018 - Ruby red in the glass, nose is aromatic with earth and dark fruits and a bit of Brett funk, palate is dry and balanced, tannins are soft, fruits are tart, black raspberry, currant, anise, green herbal notes and earth, hints of vanilla and spice leading to a medium + finish. Very nice.
