July 24, 2020 - With seabass from grill. Wasnt in CT inventory. Very good crisp wine. Maybe petered out towards the end but it had fruit and body. Very interesting flavors and not cali oaked. Very presentable for multiple occassions. Yummy.

July 24, 2020 - Theme was Napa or Sonoma Chardonnay. Fresh, crisp. Light straw color, really clear. Nose had citrus, no hint of oak (surprise, surprise). Palate was dancing, good balance, citrus, crisp fruit. One of the tasters has brought a Meyer and a regular lemon so we could taste them, in anticipation of running into those flavors. Maybe suggestion, but this clearly had a touch of Meyer lemon. Pleasant finish.

April 24, 2020 - The Williams Selyem unoaked Chardonnays benefit tremendously from a couple years in bottle. This is drinking beautifully now. Slight green tinge to the color; nose has honeysuckle, apricot, verjus, flint, and apple. On the palate the acid-alcohol balance is singing right now. Lots of leesy notes, good texture, quite long. This is a better wine than the 2017, but that wine will also likely benefit from another year in bottle, as this has. 13.1%

February 12, 2020 - Crisp tropical fruit, balanced acidity and mouthfeel. Soft lemon citrus notes on an even finish.

June 30, 2019 - The didn't get a fair shake, it showed up later, warm, and I was already into the red flight. I took a quick taste and thought I'd revisit after a timeout in the ice bucket. Never got back to it...
