January 20, 2024 - No decant needed, aeration for 30 min and drank over a couple of hours. With elk, lingon berry, mushrom sause. Great match!
Dark forrest floor, dark and red Wild berries. Good grip and acidity. Might improve over the next year or two, but it is excellent now.
A Timber cabin deep in the forrest with a fire and game - feeling. -

December 27, 2021 - Dark wild berries. Earthy. Forrest flowers like Lily of the Valley roots/soil.
Really Bourgogne on the opposite side vs US PN. Tasty with Beauf Bourgogne. Most likely even better in 2-4y.
