December 4, 2021 - 4 very consistent bottles part of the bottling for Les 110 de Taillevent.
Very much Giraud and very much Grand Cru , rich lot of depth , polished and with a fruiter feel. 75% Pinot Noir, Oak fermented as by the name and and very welcoming and full of elegance champagne. Special too and albeit an NV has nothing to feel shy vs vintage bottlings. Easy 93

September 9, 2021 - expressive nose, starts showing some hints of aged champ, good acidity and fine bubble, quite elegant and easy to drink. keep improving in glass, good wine

September 6, 2017 - nose of lemon and honey, green apple, lemon and citrius on palate, vibrant, young and fruity, good acidity and complex structure, with fine and elegant bubbles at the finish. somehow the style recall me a Krug. Good champagne!

    September 15, 2016 - Made from Pinot noir (70 %) and Chardonnay (30 %).

The minor flagship of Henri Giraud. Salty caramel, rye bread, sweet ginger, nuts and wood. Very complex w. good minerality. Formidable.
