March 12, 2017 - Fondo San Giuseppe (Brisighella (RA)): Brilliant light golden yellow.
Very nice and complex at nose: a good aromaticity and mineral/Hydrocarbons hints. Notes of ripe fruit and sweet wood.
Dry, rounded. Good acidity and minerality.
Intense, persistent and fine. 50% in new tonneaux. Wood is not covering a nice fruit and a strong minerality leading to a persistent closure.
