April 8, 2019 - Rosy salmon color. Beautiful nose of strawberry, peach, herbs, and anise. Delicious on the palate too, medium bodied, good fruit but also very dry and spicy and herbal, relatively low acid for a rose, long finish of dry strawberry citrus. Very good.

November 22, 2017 - Pale pink strong acidity with a balancing sweet flavours. On the palate it is smooth and refreshing with citrus and orange peel taste. Had it with sushi and paired extremely well.
