February 26, 2018 - Shortly after opening, I thought it had a bit of oxidation. After 30 minutes, yellow apple, lemon fruit jumped from the glass with some nice honeysuckle. Nice, elegant, lengthy finish. Several people at the dinner loved it.

April 2, 2009 - tasted like flat champagne, in a good way... definitely on the mature side, with a darker hue to the rich yellow int he glass.
slight notes of butterscotch and mushrooms with a tinge of lemony honey. Nice
