September 2, 2018 - Decanted for ~1 hour, consumed over ~2 hours. A little shy on the nose, but more open on the palate. Dark-fruited, with black cherry & something like tart plum skin, some bramble, a hint of something savory and peppery. Unobtrusive but present structure. A very satisfying, balanced drink...really enjoyed this.
