November 19, 2022 - Beautiful and smoky bouquet with dark berries. On the palate juicy dark fruits, good acidity, a touch of sweetness and round tannin with a firm bite.

April 23, 2020 - Dark ruby. Nose is clean and medium (+). Smoky, black and dark red fruits, black pepper, some nice banyard/forest floor. Throwing off a bit of heat at the moment. Dry with medium (+) acidity. Medium (+) tannins. Body is medium (+). Flavour is full and palate has blackberries, dark fruits, red fruits, spice, . Finish is medium +. Very good complexity for this price point, punching above its weight. Again signs that 2016 vintage is a big powerful structured vintage that also flavours early pleasure.

November 6, 2019 - GRANDS CRUS CLASSES OF SAINT EMILION 2019 TASTING OF 2016 VINTAGE, nose of forest floor, ash, ripe black berry fruit, black berry pie, same on the palate, big body, very tasty, needs 5 years in the cellar, and a long, long finish. 92+

November 4, 2019 - Deep color.
Nose > Rich red fruit, with a thread of pretty, herbal spice & lavender.
Palate > Big, rich, round, ripe, smooth dark fruit. Great balance. Med+ intensity. Some grippy oak/skin tannins.
A fruity beauty.
