February 11, 2022 - Splash decanted 30 minutes before sitting down. This was most open for the first two glasses with ripe raspberry, milk chocolate, and hints of blackberry with high acidity and a shortish finish of earth and green pencil lead. The wine then shut down with aggressive tannins and much less fruit. This was approachable with air but at this stage comes across as any well-made cabernet merlot blend with the fruit dialled up. Good but not great, or I caught this bottle in a simple phase.

November 29, 2020 - Super juicy and forward dark fruit, loads of chocolate and touch of maple syrup. Lush and very well balanced on the palate. For sure this would pass as a Napa wine, but there is a hint of earth and restraint that lets you know are in still in BDX.

July 26, 2020 - Two glasses from Coravin, first experience with this wine. Drinking very well for such a young BDX, I’d equate it to a more restrained Napa can as others have. Nice red fruits and fine tannins, excites to see where this goes on 5 years.

April 26, 2020 - Just as good as previous bottle (this was the fourth wine this evening), only with shorter decant time because we grabbed another bottle after the sheer joy of the first one!
