January 29, 2024 - La Vie du Vin featuring Ch. Lafleur and Martine's Wines (Blackberry Farm, TN): Drinking great from magnum. My favorite today comparing the 2020, 2016, 2015 vintages. A truly special wine for this price. Nothing New World comes close.

November 7, 2023 - PnP. Evident oak flavours together with ripe red fruit, herbs and olive paste. It feels concentrated and light at the same time and the 15 percent alcohol hardly shows. Tannins are still potent and the aftertaste is long and sweet. Interesting wine.

February 23, 2023 - Opened last night. Note from tonight. Black-ruby, with nice red legs. Tonight, mostly vanilla and spice in the nose. Ripe fruit in the mouth, quite oaky. Not a wine for the ages. Best drunk in the next several years. 5-11-14-7: 87/100. Probably would have rated a point higher last night, but it has devolved in a day, not evolved.
