Dark fruit, barnyard, undergrowth and spices... Full-body, fruity and complex. Better with food. To drink within 1-2 years. -

June 10, 2021 - Nez très prédominant de souffre...allumette...un peu trop même. On y retrouve également des notes de brulée, d'écurie et de cèdre. On dirait un rouge d'Afrique du Sud ? Fruité, chaud et salin. Souple. Déséquilibré ? Manque de corps afin de supporter son côté soufre et fruit salin. Longue finale avec des arrières-goûts de fruits, d'épices, d'olives marinées et de café torréfié. Boire sans tardé...meilleur avec la nourriture. 87+
