March 12, 2017 - Fondo San Giuseppe (Brisighella (RA)): Light amber.
Intense, complex and fine at nose: dry fruits, apricots, dattes. Mineral and ether note.
Dry and rounded. Good acidity and minerality, with a distinctive tannin.
    Intense, persistent and fine.
Great acidity, with an evident minerality, leaving fruit in suborder.
    Only cement and natural yeasts.
