  December 30, 2023 - 20 months since my last bottle. Still quite a bit of energy initially, but 30 min in the glass was sufficient to let this blossom. By hour 2, this was a very inviting, well balanced wine without any signs of fading. This is certainly in its prime with a long life ahead. Revisit 2025.

  July 21, 2023 - HDH auction at avec (Chicago, IL): Wow. Absolutely stunning, mature Krug. Rich and thick, with tons of intensity. Hard to tell if the vintage or the age has contributed to the intensity, but wow, this is just a stellar bottle of old GC.

  November 25, 2022 - Very enjoyable currently. Mouthwatering bouquet of brioche, sesame, lemon and keylime. Rich and round, pleasant fine bubbles with long, emotionally engaging finish. There is immense energy in the bottle. Will cellar as long as one might wish, but I am consuming these very fast. less than 2 cases remaining and I doubt they will last thru the end of 2023. Outstanding Grande Cuvee.
