January 24, 2023 - Red colour, pale rim, just a hint of orange,
Menthol, aromatic nose, maraschino cherries - just jumps out of the glass,
Lots of sweet fruit, touch medicinal and that maraschino notes again. There's some tannin here too. SPicy and floral with almond on the finish.
Ageing gracefully. Just a touch of fading in the fruit department but really this is very nice nice indeed. -

September 13, 2020 - Strawberries, paired well with some red snapper on its own, but also with the sofrito, eggplant and chickpea side. Pleasant to drink, but didn't wow the socks off me.

November 7, 2019 - No formal note, reminded me why I enjoy NZ pinot, with a forest floor and light mushroom palate that sets it apart from a lot of fruit driven bottles.
