  January 3, 2019 - Intense, over the top Zin. No shortage of in your face fruit but the alcohol pokes out making possible to just take tiny sips instead of normal amount. 15% alcohol but tasted a tad higher.
  Could do with 1-2 years more to soften things out and then give a good 4 hour decant. Oh, and share the bottle!

  March 10, 2018 - I enjoyed this. Fruit forward, decent acidity and dryer finish. I’d drink it again.

  March 10, 2018 - Purple color, suggesting youth.
  Attractive, jammy nose of fruit making one expect much sweetness which is not the case when one tastes it.
  Full body, flavorful, soft tannins, smooth texture, very alcoholic mouthfeel, average length.
  Nice balance of sweetness and acidity.
  Fruity, blueberry, blackberry, plums, pomegranate syrup, raisin, some vanilla and sweet spices.
  Very pleasant wine, goes well with medium to heavy dishes such as a pasta with rich sauce or red meat.
  Good moderation with sweetness but excessive alcohol, to my taste. May improve and become more complex with another couple of years in the bottle.
