July 31, 2017 - Medium plus nose shows guava, slate, lemon peel, white flowers, slight earth tone that's nice. Palate matches, citrus and some fun funk underneath, maybe a mushroom note, dried pineapple, herbal note, wet slate, Nicely clean and crisp finish. Versatile, not oaked, not grapefruity, very nice pairing wine for a lot of dishes.
