December 24, 2022 - PnP for Christmas Eve party. No detailed notes. Smooth and rich. Well received.

December 26, 2020 - Purple red rim, glass staining, long tears. Little sediment. Smooth, still tannic. Fruit dominates, oak follows. Juicy fruit lingers. Wait two years for next bottle to see if any complexity develops. Delightful at the moment.

December 23, 2020 - Dark ruby with a slight amount of bricking sneaking in.
Medium plus intensity tobacco, blackberry and chocolate aromas and flavours.
Dry, medium acidity and tannin with full body and a medium plus finish.

March 1, 2020 - Not much to it when opened, heavy bottle ? very dark smooth nice berry aromas and some spice in there.
After an hour opened up more dark plum to it and got smoother and some finish, as others have said nice wine but one dimensional, would drink all day at a lower price, not worth the retail just for the worlds heaviest bottle.

February 15, 2020 - Heavy bottle. Black centre, red rim. Minimal sediment. High alcohol feel, blackurrant but with a tannic edge. Great with food, tooth drying tannin matches the fruit. Great pleasure and universally popular.
