November 4, 2021 - Solid Oregon sparkling wine. Nose and notes of green apple, citrus, and toasty bread. This is only Chardonnay and Pinot as opposed to the newer vintages and shows more body than the younger vintages. Nice. (2 bottles after dinner with friends).
