August 19, 2021 - Summer of 2021 Cornucopia of Wines (Dogwood Grove, Garezers, HHI): Fruity, generous wine that almost tastes new world, but also has Rhone roots. Notes of wild strawberry, wild herbs and a touch of savory with black olives and roasted meats. Sleek, firm tannins. Seemed to wow some entry-level wine drinking friends.

    December 29, 2020 - Pale ruby

Nose: Pronounced brett and dried tobacco.

Sweet pomegranate, blackberry, and steeped currant fruit come through zesty ahead of a sparkle of powdered anise, liquid lavender, and dried tobacco on the finish. Cleans up dry on the back end, keeping this honest in the end.

Overall: Open knit and friendly, but very ripe, with a lack of structure that keeps this on the flattering side of the spectrum. The fruit is well developed, if a bit sweet overall, and this is just a bit flabby in feel in the end. Drink now - 2025.

    90.

November 2, 2019 - Dark cherry, earthy . Tannins are intense with solid acidity resulting in good balance. Concentrated dark fruit with liquorice and cassis. A Gigondas that is well worth trying.

August 27, 2019 - Dark colour - cherry & cassis - leather. Tannic but not overbearing. Concentrated dark fruit with a long fresh finish of liquorice and cassis. Excellent Gigondas that works well with short ribs or lamb.

August 11, 2019 - Medium purple. Raspberry, bramble fruit and smoke. With time the wine shows violets, scorched earth and brown spices. Medium acidity and finish.

June 11, 2019 - enjoyable wine with very good QPR. Full bodied, fresh, tannins maybe still too dusty, plum taste, herbs, licorice. good lenght! there is space for improvements over the next years.

March 11, 2019 - This deep ruby/red wine is a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Laden with dark bramble fruits, blueberries, Proven├žal herbs, licorice and black pepper, it is a full-bodied, fresh and seamlessly alcoholic (14.5%) elixir with medium-weight, fine-grained tannins and an overall velvety mouth texture. Impressively dense in the middle and long on the back end, this is a grossly undervalued Southern Rhone that would sell for far more money if it was from an appellation that begins with "C". Drink now-2026.
