December 8, 2019 - Opened and drank before dinner with Truffle Gouda on crackers. Cork pushed hard out of bottle on its own just after wire cage came off. All four of us liked it as light on the palate with good flavors.

June 17, 2018 - Lovely. Crisp citrus and pear on the nose with pleasant acidity and minerality with the first sip. We served it with herb-rubbed roast chicken which brought out more fruit on the palate; pear, apple, honeydew melon. Very nice, I’m ordering a case next time.
