November 16, 2019 - A great pinot and just what I hoped for late autumn by the fire. Harominsed autumn leaves with a big citrus slice of acidity. Love Farr!

November 9, 2019 - Amazing wine, full of forest floor and mushroom/truffle flavours. Red cherry. Amazing wine, love it

October 5, 2019 - Kryddig doft med björnbär, hallon, pepprighet, något blommigt och lite parfymerat. Torrt och medelfylligt. Kryddig smak, lena fina integrerade tanniner, välbalanserat, sirligt och elegant.

September 8, 2019 - Berries, stems and tannins were super-harmonious. I recall a slightly obtrusive element too, that I can’t pinpoint. Maybe it was new world fruit, maybe acidity. I’m such a noob.

This was opened early due to a few drops of seepage and a humidified cork. No harmful O2 was detected by anyone at the table.

August 24, 2019 - Medium, almost deep ruby in the glass. Gamey-spice aromas - leather, tobacco, paprika, cinnamon - accompanied by some dark red fruit. Ripe strawberries, blueberries, black cherries. Displaying the original Farrside style nicely, but compared to the 2011, this simply lacks depth (and they say that the '11 is a shit vintage). It does have grip and power, but underneath 2-3 layers of that, there is simply something missing to keep you loving this wine. The acidity and oak will soften with a few years, but I don't see this developing into anything incredible.
