No decant but opened the bottle 30 min before drinking. 100% organic.
Grabbed this bottle out of the cellar not expecting very much but nice surprise after some time in the glass. Nice red fruits like strawberry and raspberry combined with leather and a hint of tobacco. Present tannins and oak but nicely integrated. Very well made 80% Sangiovese from Maremma. Will gain complexitiy over the next 2-3 years imo. -

August 12, 2020 - PnP, served non-blind. Good+ right now, though, to my palate, it's still on its ascent. Medium body, with high-ish acids, a firm structure, and a medium finish. Should drink thru the end of this decade. Slightly better on night 2. recommended
