February 9, 2023 - Medium lemon in the glass. Smells nice - citrus rind, lemonade, bread, some florals. The palate comes off as a bit austere, I can't really wrap my head around it. Glass after glass the acid comes out quite a bit and doesn't really match the rest of the structure. Somewhat thin on the finish and no uniqueness in the Champagne realm. Not a fan of this.
