  August 7, 2018 - Un beaujolais léger, souple, coulant et gouleyant aux saveurs rappelant les cerises et les framboises. La texture est lisse. Les tanins sont très fins. L'acidité est équilibrée. Juteux et persistant. Du vrai beau jus léger. Agréable. Servir frais à 14 degrés.
  Cépage gamay. Macération semicarbonique sans SO2 ni levurage. Sucre 1,9 g/l. Alc. 12,5 %.

  January 13, 2018 - Bon 2016 assez clair, mais bien sur le fruit rouge (cerise et fraise) et avec un côté ''nature'' qui ne vient pas maquiller le vin.
