  April 18, 2019 - Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: Pre-Easter tasting (Private Location): Ripe pear, cider, a touch of acacia, vanilla and a slightly green component on the nose. Also already in the nose a bit of "warmness". On the palate lots of extract, quite voluminous but with a good mouthfeel and also the acidity plays on a good level. On the back end a bit bitter and a bit hot.
  Got it double blind and never in thousand years thought it could be a Sauvignon Blanc. Interesting to taste.

  Dry, medium acidity, quite high alcohol. On the palate quite creamy, lots of extract, good balance, full bodied. Ripe fruit, some floral notes and again a bit of cellar mold. Medium+ finish. Quite young.
  That should be Sauvignon Blanc? Seriously? Never guessed that. Serious wine, but I guess it was a bit tainted, so no “official” rating. At this stage around 88-89 for me.

  February 17, 2019 - Not typical for a Sauvignon Blanc - rather restrained bouquet, but surprisingly intensive and mineralic finish, full bodied, very interesting...only had one bottle but it might be interesting to taste this in 2 years time...
